On behalf of myself, and my colleagues’ members in the Department of Computer Science male and female. The College of Computing and Information Technology pleased to welcome you to the department page. The department is considered to be on of the exceptional in the college of computing and IT since the establishment of the University.
The Department of Computer Science has played a significant role in advancing education, scientific research, and community service through the implementation of its academic programs’ vision and mission. The programs offered by the department are designed in accordance with the highest internationally recognized standards. Furthermore, the Bachelor of Science in Computer Sciences program has been accredited by both the National Commission for Academic Accreditation and Assessment NCAAA and the Accreditation Board for Engineering and Technology ABET.
The Department of Computer Science actively contributes to achieving the ambitious vision of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and supports the national strategic objectives by preparing distinguished graduates equipped with the knowledge and skills necessary to participate effectively in the Kingdom’s development and progress across various sectors.
