It is my pleasure to welcome you to the Information Systems Department at the College of Computer Science and Information Technology, Northern Border University. Since its establishment in 1432/1433 AH, the department has been committed to providing distinguished academic education that integrates theoretical knowledge with practical application, with the aim of preparing qualified professionals capable of keeping pace with technological and administrative developments and contributing effectively to the labor market.
The Information Systems Department continues its journey of academic and research excellence and community service, adhering to its vision and the mission of its programs, which have been designed in accordance with the highest international standards. This commitment has enabled the department to obtain programmatic accreditation from the National Commission for Academic Accreditation and Assessment NCAAA and the Accreditation Board for Engineering and Technology ABET.
Graduates of the department enjoy diverse career opportunities across a wide range of sectors, as the program integrates core computing foundations with the technical needs of organizations. This integration enables graduates to deliver innovative solutions to real-world challenges in the business environment.
At the Information Systems Department, we believe in empowering male and female students with the knowledge and skills that qualify them for success and excellence in their professional careers.
